Together they form one product family rather than six disconnected gadgets.\n\nThe Commons gives that family an off-chain founding constitution. Five working circles—Product, Field, Care, Stewardship, and Story—move ideas through signal, shape, review, vote, field, and learn. Three proposals begin the work: a public First Field Table, a 25-mile El Segundo pilot ring, and an Open Repair Ledger.
