So the Paddle Fund runs as a sprint: ten seats, ten weeks, a paddle lands every week until everyone has had a turn. Two sprints a year, sixteen weeks off between them, $400 a year and nobody plays a dead paddle.\n\nThe order is never a draw. Your standing on the Rally ladder at kickoff is your slot, and the club votes the direction: champions first, or bottom of the ladder first as a handicap. When your week comes up you make one of three calls. Take the paddle you pick. Punt, and your $200 waits under your name so next sprint you are holding $400. Or pass it to a new player or the loaner bag.\n\nOrdering as a team banks a discount, and that side pot is the only prize. It pays out for the ladder, for improvement, for showing up, or the club punts it toward a ball machine. Dollars in equal dollars out, new seats unbox late, and the ledger is one public line a week.\n\nWhat is live today is the rehearsal: a pretend two-sprint year at /paddle-fund, with the table hosted on Rally. Pretend money, no wallet. The savings circle contract, the countersigned ladder, and memo-tagged receipts already exist on Tezos. The paddle circle itself is not built yet.",
