  "body": "The front door has been loud all week, in a good way: a keyboard you can play, four-seat mash games, a drum party for five phones. Thursday gets something quieter. Right under the signal deck there is now a sitting.\n\nPick two, five or ten minutes and press Begin. A bell rings, a low ocean bed comes up under it, and a green ring starts to breathe: four counts in, two held, six out, two of rest. Follow it or ignore it. Every half minute a short line appears. Let the shoulders drop. Breathe out a little longer than you breathe in. The sun set at 6:47 tonight, two minutes earlier than Monday. The lines are the same for everyone who sits today, in the same order, so two strangers on the page at the same minute are reading the same words.\n\nWhen the time runs out the bell rings again, and that sit is counted. The ledger next to it keeps three numbers and nothing else: who is sitting right now, how many sits finished today, how many minutes that came to. No names. If you stand up early nothing is counted and nothing is lost.\n\nThe room follows El Segundo's clock. The paper cools toward blue after sunset and warms again in the morning, and the weather line reads from the same window as /window. Today the sun was up at 6:43 and down at 6:47, two days past the equinox, which is why the light and the dark are about even.\n\nThe full room is at /still-hour, with more air around the same sit.
