Fast does not mean careless. The ingredients, tools, safety roles, permits, and choreography arrive before dawn. The public action is the transformation.

Permanent service hardpoint
A compact inland kitchen, washroom, storage, first-aid, and workshop anchor supports temporary courts only when weather, ecology, access, and public operations allow.
