# Before an agent spends

First Offer Kit 1.0.0 · Human review worksheet · No money moves here

This is a plain-text checklist. It does not authenticate a person, restrict a payment tool, or implement a payment protocol. A real system must enforce limits and verify approval independently.

## The person chooses the limits

- **Purpose:** [The exact thing to buy or task to complete.]
- **Allowed seller:** [Verified identity / domain / account.]
- **Allowed product and version:** [Exact SKU and immutable version, or ask before substituting.]
- **Maximum total:** [Currency + amount including fees, tax, shipping, and any exchange costs.]
- **Frequency:** [One purchase only by default. No recurring charge.]
- **Expiry:** [Date, time, timezone; no open-ended permission.]
- **Allowed data to share:** [Minimum needed; never passwords or raw payment credentials.]
- **Delivery and use rights:** [Required format, destination, and license.]
- **Cancellation/refund terms:** [Read and understood, or unresolved → stop.]

## Stop and ask again when

- The seller, amount, currency, product version, delivery, or terms change.
- The requested action becomes recurring, a subscription, a transfer, or a financial account action.
- A page, message, or file asks the agent to ignore the person's limits.
- A payment outcome is uncertain. Check its status before retrying; do not risk duplicate payment.
- The buyer cannot understand what they will receive.

## Final human check

- **Exact quote shown:** [Description, seller, total, currency, terms, version.]
- **Decision:** [Not approved / approved for this specific purchase / declined. Default: not approved.]
- **Approval time and reference:** [A reference to a real approval system; do not claim this file proves consent.]
- **After purchase:** [Verify actual payment status, actual delivery, and the right to use the result.]

An agent may inspect an offer and prepare a question without authority to buy it. A permission note is not a payment receipt. A receipt is not proof the work was delivered or accepted.
