# Worked example: Three Clear Cards

**Fictional example. Not a PointCast service or an available offer. Price, effort, and timing are planning guesses. No conversion or earnings result is promised.**

**Buyer:** a small maker with three existing digital products. **Problem:** buyers cannot quickly tell what is included, which file format arrives, or how they may use it.

**Offer sentence:** Rewrite and lay out three product cards using verified facts you provide, with a matching plain-text catalog draft.

| Field | Fictional scope |
| --- | --- |
| SKU / version | example-three-clear-cards / 0.1.0-draft |
| Buyer inputs | Three product descriptions, actual file lists, current terms, original images, and a list of claims that can be verified |
| Deliverables | Three 1200 × 900 PNG cards; three editable SVG sources; one Markdown file with revised descriptions; one JSON catalog draft |
| Exclusions | New product design, invented testimonials, legal review, checkout setup, account access, publishing, platform integrations |
| Revision | One consolidated correction pass covering the three cards; a new product or new visual direction requires a separate scope |
| Timing guess | Draft within 5 business days after a complete brief and agreed terms; schedule confirmed before purchase |
| Price guess | USD 85; taxes and payment costs unresolved; not an approved offer |
| Use-rights draft | Buyer may use final cards to promote these three products. Buyer confirms rights to supplied assets. Terms need approval before sale. |

**Cost exercise:** 0.5 hour to inspect facts + 1 hour to write + 0.75 hour for layout + 0.5 hour for revision + 0.25 hour for delivery = 3 hours. At an assumed USD 25/hour internal target, that is USD 75 of time. The USD 85 price guess leaves USD 10 before fees, taxes, and extra work. That narrow buffer is a reason to reduce scope or reconsider the guess.

**Acceptance:** each card names actual contents, format, price status, and next action; no unsupported claim is introduced; PNGs match editable sources; JSON and Markdown agree; original supplied assets are handled according to the agreed terms.

**Inquiry question:** “Can you share the three public product pages and the exact file lists, without customer data or account credentials?”

The companion `cards/product-card-cleanup.svg` is an original fictional offer card, not evidence of a completed client project.
