THE DIRECTION
Hoydich Enterprises -> Hoydich Play -> SIGNALSAURS -> ROOK / REX-01.
A modern 1980s toy company, starting with one original robot dinosaur for families with children ages 8-12 and adult collectors.

   20 pages: brand architecture, reference interpretation, two mood boards,
   original identity system, color/type/layout, character direction,
   packaging, two advertisement concepts, copy and film storyboard.

2. Hoydich-Play-Research-and-Go-to-Market.pdf
   36 pages: product and AI proposal, Microduck research and license boundary,
   current competitors, California constraints, manufacturing and costed BOM,
   pricing, funding, 24-month route, El Segundo resources, validation,
   compliance, operations, brand-house expansion and launch calendar.
   Includes 47 linked source references.

3. Hoydich-Play-Cost-and-Launch-Model.xlsx
   Seven editable sheets with one case selector, BOM volumes, channel
   economics, development costs, 24-month cash timing and reconciliations.
   Base assumptions: $199 MSRP; $48.998 modeled landed cost at 5,000 units;
   ~$62.56 DTC contribution before fixed program costs; ~$1.40m funding
   target including reserves and a 10% liquidity buffer.
   Formula behavior and scenarios were checked; native Excel was not opened.

CREATIVE ASSETS
visuals/ contains five final generated concept images:
- Cream daylight mood board
- Graphite After Hours mood board
- Packaging concept
- Family advertisement
- Collector advertisement

brand-assets/ contains editable SVG marks and structured brand/strategy
content. SVG text uses local font families and may substitute on another
computer. Resolve fonts, licensing, outlines and final marks before production.
Generated image lettering is exploratory; SVG marks are interim masters.

WHAT IS REAL NOW
This is a researched brand and business planning package. The toy, app,
packaging and campaign are concepts. No working prototype, supplier quotation,
certification, legal clearance, customer order or partnership was obtained.
No outreach was sent and nothing was published.

DECISIONS THAT MATTER
California signed a four-year moratorium on child companion-chatbot toys.
The proposed adult mission planner requires legal classification before
development or an AI sales claim. The physical toy is planned to work offline.
Microduck is a useful benchmark, but its software and model assets have
different licenses; commercial reskin rights have not been established.

The recommended first commitment is $30k-$60k of staged discovery within the
larger program, then legal, play, engineering and supplier gates. The first
5,000 units do not recover the whole development program in the base case.

DELIVERY AND FILE HYGIENE
This outputs folder is intended to persist as the final deliverable.
Temporary research, rendering and workbook-build files were removed after QA.
No checkout or installed dependency copy is retained here.
