PointCast Internship Office / 2026

Build Like You Will Remember This Moment

A remote, international internship program for people who want to become sharper, braver, more useful builders by participating for real: gathering information, making artifacts, leaving receipts, helping others, and seeing their work matter.

How this works: Pick a track, complete reviewed tasks, leave receipts, join the weekly field log, and ship a capstone that can live on PointCast. Participants are expected to be reliable, respectful, source-backed, and careful with privacy. Formal terms, eligibility, compensation, academic credit, age requirements, and token/reward details are confirmed before anyone starts.

Program Script

Build Useful Public Work

Remember the start This should feel like a real beginning: the week you asked better questions, gathered better evidence, and made something useful enough to leave behind.
Collect on Tezos Eligible participants may receive optional non-financial field badges, Visit Nouns, room stamps, and capstone collectibles for reviewed work. Collectibles document participation; they are not promises of income or investment value.
Follow learning pathways Each track has a clear path: learn the map, do the task, leave receipts, teach the next person, then ship a reviewed public artifact.
Grow in real ways Every week includes one skill gain, one contribution to someone else's quality of life, one gratitude note, and one contentment practice.
Run the loop Use scripts/run-internship-program.mjs to generate a weekly role plan from the machine-readable program files.
Gather information Turn open questions into source lists, field notes, interviews, screenshots, and concise briefs that can be reviewed before public use.

Participation Moment

Genius Is Something You Practice

Show up before you feel ready The program is for people who are willing to learn in motion: ask the useful question, take the first note, test the first path.
Make participation visible A source list, stamp, message, screenshot, room note, prompt, bug fix, or kindness artifact can become proof that you were here and helped.
Remember what changed Each week closes with a short memory note: what you noticed, what you contributed, who it helped, and what you now understand better.
Carry it forward The best work makes the next person's path clearer. That is the real collectible: a contribution someone else can use.

Participation Rules

Clear Care, Real Review

Respectful participation Show up on time, communicate clearly, cite sources, respect people, and finish the weekly receipt before claiming completion.
Safety and consent No private information, photos, recordings, school details, wallet details, or personal stories are published without explicit permission.
Review before public claims Grant text, reward claims, collectible specs, public posts, and external messages get reviewed before they represent PointCast.
Age-aware participation Youth participants need appropriate guardian, school, or program approval where applicable, with scoped tasks and clear supervision.
