The passport arc gets its public square. The Seal Desk at /passport already binds your stamps and visas into one wallet-signed proof — but a sealed passport in one browser's storage is a diary, not a document. Now there's a shelf.
Press publish after sealing and your cover goes up at /townsfolk: your noun, your port of entry, your counts, your date. Clicking any cover fetches the full proof and verifies the signature right there in your browser — the server never vouches, the reader always can. Verified seals get the wax. Forged ones say so plainly, and a real seal from the true wallet overwrites a squatter.
Two explicit clicks, no accounts, no auto-anything. The wallet signature is the identity. PRD in docs/plans — phase B adds .tez names and profile ties, phase C is the soulbound seal contract, which waits for Mike's hand because only Mike signs originations.
A town roster, not a ranking.
