Water Accounting Court asks a finite recirculated volume to serve washing, cooling, bread, plants, and play. Moon Assembly practices testimony and silence. Fire + Stone Seminar gathers food, repair, sculpture, and story around existing-style designated rings.
The closing Tide Parliament is not a government or a scientific authority. It is an imagined seasonal ritual: short public testimony, habitat reports, proposals, bread, weaving, music, sculpture, games, and votes made with ceramic tokens. Observation becomes something people do together without turning the beach into a screen, a resort, or a permanent settlement.
Eight generated plates move from the complete Weather School to the sunset assembly. The architecture remains conceptual and unpermitted.
