The first 100 town accounts each press one free card: a Noun, a word, and a background. You sign with your face. There's no extension to install and no fee to pay.
This page is a design prototype. Nothing is minted, no key is created, and nothing leaves your browser.
Act 01 · Wallet
A passkey is a key your phone makes and keeps. Face ID or Touch ID unlocks it. There's no seed phrase to copy down and no browser extension to install.
How the town knows you. Your account address comes with it.
One Face ID or Touch ID prompt makes your town account.
Sign once, and taps and drums stop asking for the rest of the day.
Your profile, your permissions and your First Mint live on one page.
Already sign in on /auth with Kukai, MetaMask or Google? Those become linked identities on the same account, so nothing you have is left behind.
Step 1 · Handle
3 to 20 characters: a–z, 0–9 and underscores.
Your avatar comes from your handle until your First Mint replaces it.
In this preview, linking just continues the flow. Nothing connects to Kukai, MetaMask or Google.
Simulated. No key is created.
Step 3 · Today's taps
This tab may tap and drum for 24 hours, up to 500 ATTN. You can end it any time.
You sign this once. It turns your passkey into a session key for this tab, so taps and drums don't ask again today.
Act 02 · Profile
Today your profile is spread across /profile, /passport, /me and /minted. Here it's one page: who you are, what you've allowed, what you've signed, and what you hold.

Try the mandate. Each drum earns ATTN and doesn't ask.
Act 03 · First Mints
The first 100 accounts each mint one free card. Pick a Noun, type a word, choose a background. The card is drawn from a tiny recipe, so the recipe is all the chain needs to keep.
24 Nouns from the CC0 collection. Only the seed number goes on-chain.

No town account yet. Each account mints one card, so make yours first. It takes three taps.
Minting isn't covered by today's mandate, so it asks for your face.
Pressing your card…
Step 5 · Press
No key was created and nothing left this browser. That press is how minting will feel. Your card now sits in your profile holdings as a preview, so you can see where it lands.
The founding wall · examples
When First Mints go live, the first 100 cards hang here in mint order. Until then, these are twelve example recipes. They aren't mints and they don't belong to anyone. Remix one to start your draft from it.
For the community
Four things to know, what already exists and what's still to build, then the questions people ask first.
Face ID or Touch ID makes your town account. The key stays in your device's keychain, next to your saved passwords.
pointcast-chain charges no fees. A First Mint costs nothing, and each of the first 100 accounts gets one.
Noun seed, typeface, background, pattern and your word, in under 20 bytes. The art is redrawn from them the same way every time.
pointcast-chain anchors its state to Tezos (proven on Shadownet; mainnet waits on a funded key), so the record of who minted what can be checked outside the town.
Passkeys sync through your phone's keychain (iCloud Keychain on Apple devices, Google Password Manager on Android), so a new phone signs you back in. Link Kukai as a backup and you always have a second way in.
It starts as a token on pointcast-chain, tied to your town account. A Tezos mirror is planned, so the card can show up in Tezos wallets later.
Only with a mandate that allows it. Today's tap mandate covers taps and drums and nothing else, which is why minting asks for your face. An agent would need its own mandate with minting in scope, and you could end it at any time.
A permission you sign once. It has a scope (what it can do), an allowance (how much), an expiry (how long) and a kill switch. Signing one turns your passkey into a session key for the day.
No. This page is a prototype for scoping PointCast's v2 wallet. Nothing is minted, no key is created, and nothing leaves your browser. Only your draft card is remembered, on this device.
