Beach Commons V4 turns seven elements into one reversible public instrument. A Sun Crown makes shade and moving color. A Moon Basin gathers quiet attention. A Wind Loom translates breeze into motion and gentle music. A Rain Organ makes drainage audible. A Water Court recirculates one careful volume through cooling and play. Existing designated fire rings hold the long night. Reusable stone modules provide ballast, seating, work surfaces, and retained warmth.
Element maxxing is perceptual and social, not miraculous. The proposal amplifies shadow, color, sound, cooling, rhythm, timing, and collective attention. It does not control weather, make grid-scale power, harvest ocean water, promise flood control, or treat moonlight as an energy source.
Eight generated plates move from the complete Element Yard through each elemental room to a Seasonal Score. Every sculpture has an ordinary civic use and a special-event life. Every occupied structure still needs engineering, access, weather limits, inspection, stewardship, protected habitat, open public passage, and a full removal plan.
