A calendar invitation has a clean edge. Life does not.
Issue 04 of What I Keep Noticing studies the gap between the visible event and the day it actually occupies. The meeting says 2:00 to 2:30. It omits preparation, travel, switching, setup, cleanup, recovery, and the fact that capacity changes even when the grid does not.
The issue proposes five terms for a more truthful weekly treaty: anchors are promises involving other people; shadows are the time before and after; tides are the bodily rhythms that keep the rest possible; weather is a simple forecast of capacity; and commons are deliberately unclaimed squares where a life can arrive.
Three original editorial plates, a true-footprint calculator, a seven-day capacity-weather instrument, a printable eight-clause treaty, ten sources, and a machine-readable JSON companion make the week available for inspection. Workplace telemetry, time-use averages, product behavior, published research, and PointCast interpretation remain visibly separate.
Appendix 04.A lets the treaty move. Two public Spotify listening rooms hold 36 tracks in four-part movements; two public Pinterest fields hold 50 pins each; and a free twelve-page PDF turns the issue into a paper object. Its OBJKT campaign is a circulation gesture: 100 issues, the first 60 free, with 40 retained for future readers, exchanges, exhibitions, and gifts.
