COACH WEATHER is the recurring pressure desk around The PointCast 50. Dispatch 000 establishes an honest preseason baseline: no coach moves before the first game, and all twelve movement fields begin at zero.
The opening map names five heating rooms, five clearing rooms, and two storm cells. Heating is expectation, inheritance, or a new institutional scale concentrating pressure. Clearing means the coach, players, place, and public story currently agree about the work. A storm cell is volatility rather than condemnation: a new room where several conditions can change at once.
Every front identifies the exact room carrying pressure—Program, Capital, Players, Region, Fans, Facilities, or Aura—and the public trigger that could alter the forecast. Monday publishes the Front Map. Wednesday enters one Room of the Week. Friday names Saturday Pressure. Sunday records actual movement and attaches a receipt.
The first Room of the Week follows Kyle Whittingham from Utah to Michigan. The question is not whether toughness travels as a slogan. It is whether a two-decade operating system can become ordinary behavior inside a new recruiting map, staff market, institutional scale, and public theater.
Build Your Program turns the same seven-room method into a browser-local toy. A visitor allocates 100 points, PointCast compares the shape with all 50 published coach profiles, and the closest room appears as a shareable or downloadable card. The allocation is not uploaded, stored, scored as a personality, or presented as a school recommendation.
