Asar (collective mutual aid)
Asar is a Kazakh custom in which relatives and neighbours do work too big for one household, such as building, raising a yurt, haymaking or shearing; it is unpaid, and the host offers a meal.

How a note would work
Yurts are earned by joining a big household job, such as building, haymaking or shearing, and spent when you need a crew; the host provides a meal. They are never bought or cashed out.
Design concept inspired by this tradition, not issued by or for the people who keep it. Not legal tender, not for sale, no cash value, no redemption and no investment rights.
