The tradition · since 2002
Seedy Sunday seed swap
Seedy Sunday has been held in Brighton and Hove since 2002, inspired by a Vancouver event; growers swap home-saved seeds each February, and organisers call it the UK's biggest seed swap.

How a note would work
Packets are earned by bringing home-saved seeds to a swap table and spent on other growers' seeds or seedlings. They are never bought or cashed out.
Design concept inspired by this tradition, not issued by or for the people who keep it. Not legal tender, not for sale, no cash value, no redemption and no investment rights.
