How it would work

Neighbors with rooftop solar or a battery earn Sparks for opening a charging table for phones and medicine fridges in an outage. No power crosses a property line or is sold; this is the scoreboard, not the wire.

Design concept for a community-credit system. Not legal tender, not for sale, no cash value, no redemption and no investment rights. In this design, credit is earned by contributing and spent on the shared thing.
