How it would work

Every node that relays a neighbor's message earns a Hop; nodes spend Hops to send a town-wide broadcast. The more you carry, the more you can say.

Design concept for a community-credit system. Not legal tender, not for sale, no cash value, no redemption and no investment rights. In this design, credit is earned by contributing and spent on the shared thing.
