Minga de tiradura (house-moving minga)
In Chiloé's minga de tiradura, neighbours move a family's wooden house on log rollers with ox teams, sometimes floating it across the water; the owners repay the help with a meal.

How a note would work
Oxen are earned by lending strength, tools or a team to a neighbour's big move and spent when your household needs a crew; the host serves a meal. They are never bought or cashed out.
