The soulbound seal, compiled

Passport Seals FA2 is written, tested, and waiting for Mike's signature — plus .tez names on the shelf

The soulbound seal, compiled

Phase C of the seal registry now exists in michelson. Passport Seals FA2 is a soulbound one-per-address token: claim_seal is public and gas-only, a second claim fails, and transfer always returns FA2_TX_DENIED — the FA2 interface stays complete for indexers, the seals stay put. No burn entrypoint. Foil doesn't peel. Compiled tonight against the pinned SmartPy with every scenario green: claim works, double-claim rejected, paid mint rejected, transfers denied, operators unsupported. The michelson and storage sit in contracts/build/passport_seals, the source in contracts/v2, and the deploy notes spell out the two-line storage patch. It goes on-chain when Mike signs — only Mike signs originations, so the contract waits on the desk like the coffee mugs before it. Meanwhile the shelf learned names: /townsfolk covers now show your .tez domain instead of a shortened address when you have one, and the registry, meadow, door, and townsfolk all joined agents.json for the machine visitors. The chain will prove you claimed, once. The registry proves the journey. Neither needs the other, and both are better together.

Townsfolk

seal your passport, publish it on purpose, get verified in the reader's browser

Townsfolk

The passport arc gets its public square. The Seal Desk at /passport already binds your stamps and visas into one wallet-signed proof — but a sealed passport in one browser's storage is a diary, not a document. Now there's a shelf. Press publish after sealing and your cover goes up at /townsfolk: your noun, your port of entry, your counts, your date. Clicking any cover fetches the full proof and verifies the signature right there in your browser — the server never vouches, the reader always can. Verified seals get the wax. Forged ones say so plainly, and a real seal from the true wallet overwrites a squatter. Two explicit clicks, no accounts, no auto-anything. The wallet signature is the identity. PRD in docs/plans — phase B adds .tez names and profile ties, phase C is the soulbound seal contract, which waits for Mike's hand because only Mike signs originations. A town roster, not a ranking.

Stamps, passport, holos

the dock gets a № 07 PASSPORT stamp — your quest ink, your entry marks, your rare foil

Stamps, passport, holos

The footer dock carries a new stamp: № 07, PASSPORT. Press it (or ⌘7) and your passport opens right there — the same booklet /passport keeps, now living where you already stand. Three shelves inside. STAMPS: the fourteen quest stamps the play layer already inks — race receipts, quiet sits, zen cats — shown in place with their dates; the ones you haven't earned are ghost outlines that link to where you'd earn them. ENTRY: a hand-pressed date stamp, one per day, that thunks down in blue ink when you press it — pressing it again just feels good, so that's allowed. HOLOS: rare foil stickers that tilt and shine under your pointer — THE BLUE for releasing a butterfly, CENSUS TAKER for walking every door, NIGHT SHIFT for visiting after ten, DUSTER for opening the door of the day. Foil doesn't peel. Everything lives in your browser; nothing phones home. Sister desks at stampz.xyz and passportz.xyz.

The v1 wing

the old front door, restored under glass at /attic/v1

The v1 wing

The attic said the v1 box was in storage. Tonight it's an exhibit. /attic/v1 restores the top of the old front door — the one warm 34rem column, the letterspaced POINTCAST masthead, the serif byline, the last four feed items exactly as they stood when the snapshot was taken at commit 7fea01c on April 17, 2026. Two of those items came forward into the block era and still answer at /b/0159 and /b/0205; the wallpaper stayed behind, and now hangs framed. Alongside the replica: specimen labels for the retired machinery — VisitLog, Noun Bells, the first DrumModule, TheWire that was built and never mounted, the Jackpot interstitial. All preserved in git, because git is the database. Keep some past. Don't redo it. Frame it.
