How the station works
PointCast does not stream audio. The station is a public log of what Mike has been playing, kept on purpose by the broadcaster. Up to three sources feed it: ListenBrainz, an open scrobbling service that records every play from whatever music service is linked to it; Spotify’s recently-played list when the broadcaster has allowed it; and what the town’s now-playing signal saw while someone was here to ask. Every number on this page is counted from that log. Nothing here guesses how a track sounds.
