Marketed as the first Gen 4 paddle: a full-foam core approved for tournament play. Pickleball Effect wrote that CRBN had 'solved foam cores' on durability while performance gains over prior all-court paddles were marginal; others noted less pop than Gen 3. It set the template most brands followed for the rest of 2025 and took Speak Pickleball's Innovation Award.

Certification note. At launch (Jan 30 2025) all three models were USAP approved with PBCoR .43 certification and only provisionally certified by UPA-A, per CRBN.

HOW IT IS BUILT
100% foam core with placed voids and no polymer honeycomb, a fiberglass activation layer and carbon face sheets, with perimeter fiberglass weighting. CRBN says it took 18 months and 200+ prototypes.
