Reviewers (Pickleball Effect, Pickleball Globe, Spinwave) all describe the Crystal Blue surface as UPA-A only and NOT USAP approved because the texture exceeds USAP roughness limits; the standard raw-carbon CR paddles remain the USAP-legal option. Pickleball Effect measured the J2CR Blue Grit at 8.0 oz, SW 107, TW 6.28, 5.3in handle.
