The first paddle with a replaceable face, launched at a Santa Monica event and pitched on the fact that raw-carbon grit fades within weeks. Pickleball Effect said it solves a real problem and could be the future of paddles, with the caveat that only one paddle style existed. HOW IT IS BUILT
A 16mm polypropylene honeycomb paddle whose raw carbon fiber grit sheets are user-replaceable, so worn surface texture can be swapped instead of buying a new paddle.
