Vatic's post-Oni flagship went the other way: bigger core cells for power, but no thermoforming, explicitly to avoid the core-crush and performance drift that had hurt Gen 3 paddles. Pickleball Effect summarized it as high power and low pop, suited to intermediates who want drive help with a muted net game. A $150 answer to the durability question of 2024.

Not thermoformed: a 10mm wide-cell polypropylene honeycomb core (larger cells than the Prism) with foam edge, under a proprietary multi-layer carbon/composite face.
