Vote goes to /api/poll → KV namespace PC_POLLS_KV. Per-address dedup; anonymous voters dedup by User-Agent + IP fingerprint. After your vote lands, the bar chart shows the live distribution. You can't change your vote without clearing your browser data + connecting from a different IP.
