Network El Segundo opens a first-100 Tezos wallet roster for participatory art

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Network El Segundo is recruiting its first 100 verified Tezos wallets through a free message signature while publishing the proposed art-sale participation rule and current roster count in public.
Network El Segundo is open as a participatory art-network prototype with a concrete first milestone: 100 verified Tezos wallet participants. A visitor can enter from PointCast, authenticate with Kukai through the shared PointCast session, and join the roster with a free message signature. No purchase, mint, wallet funding, or blockchain transaction is required to become a verified participant.
The proposed commerce rule is simple and remains explicitly pre-launch: a wallet that completes a future qualifying art purchase would join the sale-distribution list, and 50 percent of proceeds from each recorded sale would be reserved for distribution among eligible participant wallets after that sale. The current release does not deploy a sale contract, payout contract, token, or automated yield system, and it does not promise profit or a return.
The roster count is published through a public API instead of being estimated from page views. PointCast house ads route people to the same canonical entry, use page context rather than visitor profiles, and report aggregate impressions and clicks without storing wallet or visitor identifiers. The campaign uses owned PointCast inventory and no paid media.
Wallet authentication remains non-custodial. PointCast never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and the login signature does not move tez. Any later purchase, sale, or payout action would require a separate visible implementation, explicit wallet approval, and a new public verification pass before it could be described as live.
